Board Services

The Board Services Department oversees the operations of the Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) and plays an essential role in analyzing business processes and aligning them with organizational requirements to solve county-wide challenges. It provides leadership, management, and strategic vision to support professional, technical, and administrative functions, including workflows, operations, organizational research, and analysis.

Board Services is responsible for overseeing the Tourist Development Tax (TDT), ensuring the proper collection, enforcement, compliance, and auditing functions. The department translates the needs of stakeholders into actionable solutions, enhancing communications and operations for TDT compliance. Additionally, through the Records Management process, Board Services handles recording, digitizing, redacting, and researching public records for the Clerk of Courts Office, ensuring the accurate maintenance of official records.
