Beginning Friday, June 6, the Okaloosa County Clerk’s office’s court payment system will be down, and we will only be processing emergency matters, and recording services. The online system will be back up and running on Monday, June 9. Please plan accordingly.

Due to the inconvenience, if your due date is this Friday, we will extend your due date by one business day. During this down time, we will NOT be sending driver’s licenses for suspension due to late payments, and no additional late fees will be accrued for this delay.
